Meet our Director.

Starting in customer service and aftercare, Jo-Ann quickly immersed herself in the automotive industry, driving the sales, parts, and service dealership success.  She thrived in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, learning to navigate different cultures, expectations, and business approaches with ease.


Jo-Ann went from selling cars to running the show, becoming the youngest Sales Manager in the company’s history. Not one to settle, she revolutionized processes, won “Dealer of the Year” four years in a row, and claimed “Sales Manager of the Year”


Never one to back down from a challenge, Jo-Ann then took her talents to New Zealand and jumped into recruitment. From Recruitment Consultant to General Manager, she climbed the ladder faster than most people can find a decent coffee. Now, as Director and Founder of EmployMe Solutions, she’s using her unbeatable mix of experience, strategy, and a dash of humor to help businesses and job seekers find their perfect match.


Her motto? If you’re going to do something, do it brilliantly—and make sure to have a little fun along the way.
